JCC Chicago and CJE host an afternoon of in-person learning, laughter, and socialization.
This captivating performance takes the audience through scintillating stories and scandals of the actors, actresses, and studio moguls of Hollywood's Golden Age. Martina Mathisen plays Louella Parsons, Hollywood's most dynamic and powerful gossip columnist. Called the "Queen of Hollywood," Luella could make or break a career with a few taps of her typewriter. The real-life Parsons was the first writer of a dedicated column on motion pictures in the United States.
Feel like a part of the old Hollywood insider's club, while hearing about the triumphs and transgressions of some of the bigger than life personalities of Hollywood's Golden Age.
