Low Vision Support Group

Learn about current research, assistive devices, and community resources for people who have been diagnosed with an eye condition or have a family member who has vision impairment.

Limited to 24 in-person participants.

This group is facilitated by a licensed social worker from Friedman Place, a nonprofit organization that provides housing and supportive services to adults who are blind or visually impaired.

This event allows participation in-person, on Zoom, or on the phone. To receive the Zoom link or phone instructions, call volunteer/accessibility specialist Dawn at 847-324-3185.
