Maintaining Balance and Preventing Falls As You Age

Learn how to improve your balance and prevent dangerous falls. Margaret Danilovich from CJE Senior Life will present techniques to improve your balance and prevent falling as we get older.

There will be time for discussion at the end of the presentation, following which individual five-minute screenings will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis for those attending in person.
