Participants will learn what types of support are available and how to access care when needed.

Learn how palliative care can help at any stage of a serious illness. Learn about holistic hospice care for those facing end-of-life. Even when cures fail, there is still much that can be done to support patients and their families. Presenter Maureen Burns is a community health worker with The HAP Foundation.

Registration required. Limited to 16 participants.
