Discuss the experiences and challenges of growing up with intersecting cultural and multilingual backgrounds.

During two sessions, we’ll discuss:

  • Customs and Traditions (May 11): Can traditions and customs can be altered to suit current lifestyles? What is the value in upholding traditions and customs?
  • Sense of Belonging (May 18): Where do we seek acceptance? Did that change as we grew up? How do we build community with those like us or different from us?
