A panel of representatives from high schools, colleges, and community organizations, parents, and students shares experiences navigating the big changes associated with starting college.
The transition from high school to college can be challenging, particularly for neurodiverse learners. Our panel will speak about self-advocacy skills for students, navigating accommodations and disability services in college, and establishing a network of support, among other topics.
Discussion will follow the panel presentation, and refreshments will be served. This event is best for college juniors, seniors, and parents/guardians.
