Skokie Public Library

Activity Room

Create your own soothing support tools designed to reduce sensory overload.

While these tools are often used to support neurodiverse humans, anyone who feels they would benefit is more than welcome to attend.

Drop-in event for all ages, but best for children age 5 and older. Children younger than 8 must be accompanied by an adult or caregiver 14 or older. This event is part of Autism Acceptance Month and is designed with neurodiverse children and teens or youth with disabilities (and their caregivers) in mind.
