January is Poverty Awareness Month, and we're reading a thoughtful and inspiring true story of social change and disaster relief.

After Puerto Rico was struck by Hurricane Maria, chef José Andrés, founder of World Central Kitchen and many famed restaurants, helped feed the people of Puerto Rico along with a team of volunteers.

The book can be found in the library as well as digitally on Hoopla.
