Medicare Part D Sign-up Assistance

Select the best Medicare Part D option with the help of a health care counselor. Starting November 1, call the library at 847-673-7774 to make an appointment.

Trained health care counselors from Congresswoman Schakowsky's office, Village of Skokie, and Hamdard Health Alliance will be available by appointment to help you understand the Medicare Part D sign-up process and select the right option for your needs.

The Medicare Open Enrollment period for 2025 is October 15-December 7, 2024. At your appointment, compare your current plan to what other plans offer. New enrollees may also sign up.

For your appointment, please have your Medicare card ready, details of your current plan, and a list of prescriptions you take. All appointments will take place in the Community Meeting Room, near the west entrance.

An Urdu-speaking health care counselor is available on November 6 and 13.
