Chef Michael teaches cooking skills as we make baked macaroni and cheese. For all ages (we recommend that an adult work with young children).

Required ingredients include:
1.5 pounds of your choice pasta (for example, shells or elbow)
2 pounds shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pounds Swiss or provolone cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 gallon of whole milk
1/4 cup flour
1 stick of butter
1 onion
1 head of garlic
1 head of parsley
ground nutmeg
salt & pepper
Required equipment includes:
2 large pots
1 mixing spoon
1 cutting board
1 knife
1/4 cup measuring cup
whisk
timer
colander
baking dish
