Chef Michael teaches cooking skills as we make three bean vegetarian chili. For all ages (we recommend that an adult work with young children).

Required ingredients include:
1 can red kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can pinto or white beans
1 small can tomato paste
1 large or 2 regular cans crushed tomato
vegetable/beef stock
2 bell peppers
1 head garlic
4 ears sweet corn or frozen/canned corn
2 onions
1 bunch of scallions
2 pounds of mushrooms
olive ail
salt
pepper
paprika
3 tablespoons chili powder
cinnamon sticks
bay leaf
cheddar cheese, shredded
oyster crackers
Required equipment includes:
